Prayer
Honest speech, offered without editing.
Prayer becomes difficult when it is treated as a performance with correct wording. The tradition itself contains complaint, confusion, and unanswered questions — which suggests the standard was never polish.
Ruach offers prayer as one regulation pathway among several, respecting that users hold different spiritual frameworks and never requiring a particular one.

Scripture
Quoted verbatim (King James Version, public domain). The notes beneath each passage are Ruach's educational commentary, not Scripture.
How long wilt thou forget me, O LORD? for ever? how long wilt thou hide thy face from me?
Ruach context: an unresolved lament preserved in the collection of worship texts rather than edited out.
Ruach application: the complaint itself is part of the prayer tradition. Silence is not the only faithful option.
It is of the LORD'S mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.
Ruach context: written after the destruction of Jerusalem, in the middle of a book of grief.
Ruach application: the line appears inside lament, not instead of it.
Jesus wept.
Ruach context: this occurs at the tomb of Lazarus, in a narrative where the outcome is already known to the one weeping.
Ruach application: knowing that something will eventually be made right does not remove the grief of the present moment, and it does not need to.
The LORD is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit.
Ruach context: a psalm of deliverance that repeatedly locates God with the afflicted rather than only with the restored.
Ruach application: nearness is offered inside the breaking, not only after it. You are not required to be composed to be accompanied.
