Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@iamresonance.ai if you suspect unauthorized use.

You agree to provide accurate information during onboarding and to keep your profile up to date.

I AM Resonance is a wellness technology. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Voice-derived HRV signals, coherence scores, and practice recommendations are informational and supportive — not clinical.

Do not use the Service in place of professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. If you are experiencing a crisis, contact your local emergency services or a licensed professional immediately.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;
• submit voice recordings of anyone other than yourself without their explicit consent;
• attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or bypass the Service's security or rate limits;
• use the Service to build a competing product or to train third-party AI models;
• upload malicious code or interfere with the Service's operation.

You retain ownership of the voice recordings, reflections, and notes you submit ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to process Your Content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service for you, and to compute the derived HRV and coherence signals described in our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell Your Content and do not use raw voice recordings tied to your identity to train third-party models.

The Service offers a free tier and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you selected until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from in-app Settings → Subscription.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices, features, and tier structure may change on reasonable notice.

The Service, including its software, models, voice-to-HRV algorithms, brand, and design system, is owned by Threshold Consciousness Holdings and protected by applicable IP laws. No rights are granted to you except the limited right to use the Service under these Terms.

Some features may be labeled "beta," "preview," or "experimental." These are provided as-is, may change or be removed, and may produce less accurate results. Do not rely on them for consequential decisions.

You may delete your account at any time from in-app Settings → Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or create legal or safety risk. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (IP, disclaimers, liability limits) will survive.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT VOICE-DERIVED METRICS ARE CLINICALLY ACCURATE OR SUITABLE FOR ANY MEDICAL PURPOSE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THRESHOLD CONSCIOUSNESS HOLDINGS AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Threshold Consciousness Holdings from any claim arising out of your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Threshold Consciousness Holdings is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
