boundaries
Conflict
Conflict is not the failure of a relationship. Avoided conflict often is.
Conflict handled while flooded tends to escalate or collapse. Neither is a conversation. The first skill is not persuasion — it is staying regulated enough to hear and be heard.
Ruach's approach is to prepare before entering: know the outcome you want, the value you are protecting, and the one sentence you would want to have said regardless of how the other person responds.

Scripture
Quoted verbatim (King James Version, public domain). The notes beneath each passage are Ruach's educational commentary, not Scripture.
Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath.
Ruach context: instruction to a mixed community on how to live together, quoting Psalm 4. Anger is assumed, then bounded in time and conduct.
Ruach application: the limits are on duration and behaviour, not on the emotion itself.
Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath.
Ruach context: practical instruction in a letter concerned with the gap between belief and behaviour.
Ruach application: 'slow' is a pacing instruction. Most damage from anger comes from its speed, not its presence.
He that hath no rule over his own spirit is like a city that is broken down, and without walls.
Ruach context: a proverb using the image of an unwalled city — exposed, not immoral.
Ruach application: self-control is framed as protection for you, not only consideration for others.
If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men.
Ruach context: part of a passage of practical instruction to a mixed community with real internal friction.
Ruach application: the phrase 'as much as lieth in you' sets a limit. You are responsible for your side of the repair, not for guaranteeing the outcome.
Ruach studies
Each study moves through state, Scripture, reflection, regulation, and response.
Why am I so angry?
Find the boundary or value underneath the anger, discharge the activation, and respond on purpose.
Skill: Naming the violated value before acting
StartRepair, not perfection
Most relationships are not held together by never rupturing. They are held together by repairing well.
Skill: Initiating repair without over-apologising
